40 Days for Life is based on three activities:

40 days of prayer and fasting for the disappearance of abortion.

40 days of constant public daily vigil in at least 12 hours a day.

40 days educational activities on abortion and prayer in the surrounding community.

In February 2013 40 Days for Life was integrated into Spei Mater.
